Our skilled nursing and long-term care services provides residents with the 24-hour nursing support they may need and are always under the direct supervision of a physician. Golden States provides all rehabilitation specialties; including, but not limited to, physical and occupational therapy, as well speech language pathology.
Our licensed therapists strive to help our residents regain and master their everyday skills and abilities, so that they may live independently, and lead productive and satisfying lives. Our Activity program is one of the finest in San Antonio and we take great pride in offering a wide variety of activities for our residents. Our facility boasts several large activity areas to include an oversized great room, chapel, and several outdoor areas to include a gazebo.
